Fuses replaced, fan motor replaced, and issues with the size of the fuses versus the breaker which he will be reaching out to me tomorrow. Top notch, very professional, came out on a holiday. That’s going way beyond good customer service. This was set up through a home warranty. I could not be happier with this company and would highlyrecommend them for any of your hvac needs. I found this company through Angie's list. Even after office hours they were prompt in answering my queries. I called them to replace the inducer motor on my system. They gave the quote for the work next day, ordered the part and replaced it on the third day. So very professional and no fuss company. Would highly recommend this company!

I am truly grateful for Paul & Nick's service from Hot & Cold Mechanical. Summer has begun and you would think these folks would have taken a good week to come repair an a/c unit, but they did not. They showed up the day after I called. Prior to that, I was told to turn the a/c off and leave the fan on because if they arrive and the coil is frozen, they have to come back another day to fix it (if that is the issue). Telling me this beforehand was so helpful because it expedites the repair if the coil were frozen. That wasn't my issue, but the tip is definitely great. I do have a home warranty so cost to me to fix was the service fee. I needed a few ounces of freon (r22) and a new capacitor. The job would have been a couple hundred +, but the warranty covers these kind of repairs. They were done in 30 minutes and changed my dirty return filter to boot. Great attitudes, professional, happy to help and talk to me about the issues, and they made sure the a/c was running well before they left. Best of all, they didn't try to sell me a new unit in spite of me thinking that today might be the day I have to bite that expensive bullet. Thank you both again! I definitely appreciate your honesty, professionalism, and your tolerance of my dog! :-)

Nick was absolutely amazing. So knowledgeable and helpful. He fit me in at 8:30pm after a very long work day, because he wanted us to have working AC before the weekend! To make a long story short, we had had eleven other service calls about our HVAC unit over the past two years, and this service call finally fixed the problem, without costing an arm and a leg.

He is definitely one of the best companies that I've ever dealt with. A's on everything. Very polite.

They hauled off a lot of insulation and of all the companies we hired, they were outstanding. We would highly recommend them and we would use them again.
