+ 1 moreIn preparation for selling our house, we decided to update the flooring, which had dirty linoleum in the living room and torn linoleum in the kitchen. We called the Floor Builders and three other Durham-area companies, and they came out to the house the next day. They offered a detailed estimate that was about 50% lower than the other two estimates we got. This was partly because they had a supply of bulk laminate for sale at a discount. They completed the entire job within one week, including all transitions and removal of previous flooring. They even stretched the carpet in the adjacent rooms for free. Their service was prompt, courteous, and very professional. They also didn't add one cent to their original detailed estimate! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: Removal of carpet and linoleum in kitchen, dining room, and living room. Installation of ~1500 sq feet of new laminate flooring. Including service and materials.
