Description of Work: master bathroom remodel, covered all electrical needs: moved & installed outlets/switches, installed steam generator for shower, shower LED's, vanity lights, exhaust/lighting system, closet, cleaned up nicely, even pulled unnecessary wiring going outside the house down to electrical panel outside, and made it look neat and 'clean' by threading the required electrical on home exterior into narrow diameter PVC tubing. Other: Cory has done a lot of work troubleshooting my exterior landscape lighting which includes both high (220V + 110V), and low voltage grids, with multiple & different type output devices, i.e., lamps, landscape lighting, pond & exterior lighting. It was too complex for me to troubleshoot as more than half of the grid was not getting power, and the installation of the grid was done by the previous home owner/no documentation. Cory had the whole system diagnosed within a couple of hours, found broken wires, replaced and had the entire system operational in no time, then he showed me how to use all the different timers and whatnot. Cory also did a very professional installation of two new digital timers, and did a very professional installation of some nice copper LED house lights out front, which I had left over from the landscape lighting project. He did this the same afternoon at my request, quickly, cleanly and professionally. In addition he noticed my exterior lamp pole was not wired to code and showed me the associated risks. He replaced that to or beyond code, and that common area around the lamp & pond is now considered safe, according to county codes and Cory's common sense.
