The area manager performed a very thorough inspection of my home to be sure we knew the entire scope of the problem and was very flexible in scheduling the required service.

They could have maybe explained stuff to me better.

The team was professional and showed up on time. They were informative and answered all my questions promptly. I felt comfortable having them do this work for me.

Terminex arrived on time and was very professional. He asked questions, what kind of ants, what did they look like, etc. He came in the house after he mixed the solution, put ant traps in the kitchen along with some gel where he saw them. They were also in the dishwasher and he put a small amount of gel on both sides. He then asked if he could spray along the baseboards in the house. There was no smell and the ants were gone in two days. I was very pleased.

Some insects continued to appear after two days but none thereafter

Terminix did a free walk through and gave me some good advice. I would recommend Terminix. They were very polite. They did a really good professional job.

I used them quite a few years ago. They started getting sort of sloppy and they stopped doing it all. At first they were very good and I had no problems at all. After that it went downhill. If I had to, I would use them again.

I like our Terminex technician. If I am around he tries to talk with me and if I have any special treatment area he'll do it. If I have an issue outside of the normal routine he'll come out and take care of it.

We have a contract with them. We use them only for termites; we've not used them for anything else. When we first started out they were coming out of Greenhill. We did not have a lot of experience with this type of thing until we moved down here. I'm assuming they do their job well. They come out when they say they are going to come out. Here we have to have termite traps buried all along our house and they come out regularly to check the traps. They always called ahead and usually showed up pretty much around the time they said they would come. We've just gone with a new program that they started and they are only going to be coming out once a year. They injected something all around the foundation for termites. Up to this time we've been satisfied with them and I don't see any problems going into this program that we would be dissatisfied. We've never had a problem and my husband tries to be around when they are here. He asks them a lot of questions and they always answer him. I think the price is very reasonable for the new program. We always get a pre-recorded phone message that says when and what time the terminix people would be out. Sometimes they'll show up a day ahead.

We learned at the time we wanted to schedule service that our representative was no longer with terminix. He had left many message, no answer called main number, another it was done at same cost. The service went well.

They were very professional, polite and concerned about our needs. They would spray inside and outside of our home. They also took their time to do a thorough inspection.

We will continue to use them in the future.

We are in a contract withTerminix for them to come out every three months to our home.
