+ -1 moreCalled them twice wanting them to come to the house to give me a quote.Left a message with the office person. Never received a call back to set up the visit. Have a policy, people! Return the call! If nothing else, tell me you're too busy to take on new work right now but please keep you in mind for future. Or charge me for the quote but promise to deduct if from the service if I choose you to do the work. Something. Don't just ignore a potential customer! Now I'm turned off and have no desire to try them again.

+ 0 moreWe had storm damage so we used their services. I have used them before and I don’t remember how much I paid. They had to hookup the water heater and they had their own new line. We have had very good service from them, I can’t say anything bad about them, and I think their work is very good. I have been using them for 2 years, and I know their service pretty well.
Description of Work: I used Ronnie Ireland and Electrical Svc as they had to hookup the water heater.
