Description of Work: Needed a bath sink repaired. Spoke to Tim on Thursday, he said he would call me back that day and possibly schedule a time for Friday. Did not hear back on Thursday. Called on Friday morning. No response from Tim on Friday. Called again on Saturday morning. He texted me back on Saturday saying he was out of town til Monday, so I ended up calling someone else who showed up the same day and fixed it.

+ -1 moreI called on Monday about my failed water heater. They said they would call me Tuesday to schedule a visit. No call on Tuesday. I called twice on Wednesday leaving messages. No return call. On Thursday, I started calling other plumbers.
Description of Work: As described in the next section, no services were performed. I don't like leaving negative feedback, but I think it is my responsibility to other Angie's list members to share my experience.

+ -1 moreWe were having new granite countertops and undermount sink installed and needed a plumber to install the faucet and disposal. I called the week before and explained what I needed. He said to call the day the granite was installed and he would be out the next day. The granite went in on Monday and he called first thing Tuesday to say he was on his way. He and a helper got down to business and even when there was a small problem with the installation of the faucet, figured out what could be done and quickly finished the job. They were helpful, professional, courteous and very nice.
Description of Work: After having new countertops and undermount sink installed they installed the faucet, wired and installed the disposal.

Description of Work: We had a bathroom remodel and he was the plumber used by our tile man. He moved a drain and replumbed for a shower.
