Mike's Septic Tank Service Inc

This wasn't an emergency, our septic pump alarm was occasionally coming on and it appears our pump was turning on late. The crew came out the day they said (1 day after a call), quickly identified the problem and fixed it. I was quite unfamiliar with our system, so I asked a lot of questions while observing. They were very friendly and helpful, and explained how it was working while fixing the issue. I really appreciated that and their help. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I originally called; went to voice mail but did not leave a message. They ended up calling me to see if they could help. They came the next morning. They called and notified me that they were running a little late and would be here shortly. Appreciated the phone call. Did excellent job. Cleaned everything and even checked my pump to make sure it was working properly. All my questions were answered. I will definitely use again.

The employee who came was very professional and courteous. He was the one that came and cleaned it out the last time. The only issue I have is finding the right additive to add to keep things working properly. I asked and was told one thing the last time and told another thing this time. So, I'm not really sure what is the right thing to use but will figure that out. The service was great he got here when he said he would, he went right to work uncovering the septic tank lid and immediately to cleaning the tank. I would use this service again just the jump in price and the uncertainty of what to use is the concern.

Mr. Lusk was professional, courteous, and prompt. He returned all of our phone calls, met us at our property and did the job to our specifications and a few extras we added at the last minute. One day to complete an exceptional job!

I called to get my septic tank pumped, and the company was able to come over the next day to do it. They were 45 minutes late, but they called to tell me they were running behind, and I know they couldn't help it so I still give them an and quot;Aand quot; for punctuality. The tank is underground, but I know exactly where it is, so it didn't take long to uncover it and start pumping it out. The dirt and grass were replaced afterwards, and the worker was very polite and efficient. The only thing that upset me was that after the truck left, I noticed quite a lot of oil had leaked out on my driveway in numerous spots, so I had to spend the next 90 minutes out in the cold sopping up the oil with paper towels and then trying to clean the stains by scrubbing them with baking soda. Given the freezing weather, my age and physical problems, it was not pleasant, and the stains are still visible. I see that another customer also noted that the truck left oil stains, so I think this company should do something to keep that from happening. That's why I rated them and quot;Cand quot; for professionalism instead of and quot;A.and quot; I would use them again, but only if they could assure me that their trucks no longer leak oil or that they will put something under their oil tank to protect the customer's property. I don't like paying for services that leave me to deal with a problem I didn't have before.

.he was actually early, pleasant and professional, explained what he was doing and replaced the dirt and grass over the tank when he finished. It was straightforward, I knew where the tank was so there was no digging needed. I will use him again in the future. He suggests tanks be pumped every 3 to 5 years.

Called on March 5th and was immediately able to set up an appointment. They came out on the 8th, even calling ahead of time as requested so I could put up the dogs. Good work; no problems. Courteous and professional demeanor.

Overall, it was an excellent service all. Because of this company's responsiveness and excellent customer service, we will definitely call them when it is time to have our septic system serviced.

The job went very well, Setting up an appointment was quite simple and scheduled for the next week. Nick was running a half hour late so I called Mike. He contacted Nick who then called me to apologize tell me he was on his way. He worked efficiently, was very pleasant and professional. I have already recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

There were four people doing the work and they did show up on time. The people on the phone when I called to get an estimate were very nice. They price was so cheap. I jumped at the opportunity for them to do the work for me after I asked them a few questions. They were able to answer all of my questions and they explained the process very well. They seemed to know what they were doing. They ended up doing a good job for me.
