And IF a provided service and / or product takes things a Definitive Notch above Excellent . . . Well then it is my great pleasure to brag on these guys. Talk about an exceeding of expectations. These guys Rock. Plain and Simple. Over the years I have dealt with varied Concrete Contractors in contracting several houses. Some better than others as with all things. Got a price from a previously used decent provider. He's busy so the price just stupid ridiculous. Another guy previously used - "Let me call you back . . . " Not to be heard from again. Busy. I get it. "Can't do it all and it looks like things will stay busy" - Maybe A random Google search brought me across Above All Concrete. After an online inquiry, it was shortly thereafter that Denis came out and assessed the challenging large slab and footer shelf that I needed. There was a clear plan that was provided, a description of the entire process, start to finish. And a Very Fair Price. In light of the finished product, An Excellent Value, that I am certain of. My project had setback after setback dealing with Engineering hiccups among others. Several times after All Above having scheduled the Concrete Trucks, Labor, Pump, etc I would have to once again ask to push things back. 4 times this happened and I felt terrible about it. And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. And like a lot of things, A lot can be overlooked if One doesn't know or isn't aware. Homeowners Especially . . . It's the little things that add up into a Damn Good Finished Product to stand back and be Really Really Pleased with a things such as this that can turn out a number of different ways. "Hired Homer and his company last spring & summer for a renovation of a home I bought in Asheville. They were charming and gave me all kinds of assurances, but in reality they were under-qualified and dishonest. They sent teenagers to do my plumbing, the cheapest guys they could to do my drywall, an electrician who nearly burnt my house down. Homer Jones left me high and dry in the middle of the renovation after I'd paid him $50K. Homer ghosted me and never returned my phone calls or texts. I was left stranded without a place to stay after he claimed my family and I were free to stay in his nearby airbnb. I am a young single woman who moved across the country to create a new life in this home, right after a family death. Homer's dishonesty and lack of communication was a huge betrayal of trust. He had good reviews because he paid for them on Angi's list. This was my mistake. Please don't make the same one. He's not using skilled labor and he cost me a lot of money and time trying to fix his mistakes."

"I hired Quality Contractors to install low voltage lighting. It was a $8500 job. The wiring was placed just below the mulch so within a few weeks, much of the wiring was exposed. I called Mike to get this resolved. He said that the person who buried the cables was new and didn't do it deep enough - it was supposed to be below the mulch; they returned to bury it correctly. About a year later, one of the lights stopped working. It took me a few weeks to get anyone to return my calls. It took another few weeks for anyone to come out to the house to repair the issue. Last month, another light stopped working. Once again, I called and had to leave messages. Brian and Mike then bounced my issue between the two of them. After 2 weeks of this, I finally got Mike to discuss the issue on the phone. He said he would charge me $90 plus labor and parts to repair a light that was still under warranty. I tried to explain what the situation was and ask why the item wasn't covered under the warranty. He then got very rude and disrespectful, accusing me of calling him names and lying. I told him he was the one lying as I had our conversation on tape. Suddenly, his demeanor changed and he wanted to cooperate with me. I asked to talk to Brian several times and he refused- stating that he was the boss and he made the decisions. He also stated that a service call wound entail traveling 2 hours one way to my house (from Canton to South Asheville??) and that I already had several service calls in the past - so much for extended warranties with this company. His professionalism and customer service skills do not exist. I cannot recommend this company unless you hope to never need follow up/warranty service from them once the job is done!"
