+ -1 moreTerry showed up on the day we asked him to, performed the work we had agreed on (plus some more we had only mentioned) and charged no more than what he had quoted. The leak has been tested under some extreme conditions and is successfully repaired. He even gave us a one year warranty.
Description of Work: Terry showed up for the estimate within 5 minutes of when he scheduled, checked out the problem ( a leaking roof) and gave us an evaluation from his experience. He discussed several options with us and gave us a written quote based on our decision.
