+ -1 moreI had used this company for several years for outside pest control, not really needing anything out of the ordinary. Recently, however found pests in the house and called Security's phone number listed. I left a voicemail asking for a return call, with no response. Giving the benefit of the doubt, called again the second time and left a second message; still with no return call. I received a bill in the mail and wrote CANCEL MY SERVICE. They still did not see this and the technician showed up to spray outside. Luckily I was at home and told the technician what happen and he left.
Description of Work: Needed extra service, they never returned my calls.

+ -1 moreThis company provides a comprehensive coverage. Before I used Secure, I tried everything to rid my house of pesky ants. Now, they come out 4 times a year, plus unlimited service calls. We have no ants and the spiders left, too!
Description of Work: Secure provides 4 quarterly visit, plus unlimited service calls. I have used numerous service calls to deal with unwanted ants, spiders and mice.
