 + -1 moreShaun and his family run business did a wonderful job helping us get into our new home in 4 months! We did go with a systems build house, but Shaun went through 100's of old plans to find the specific home we were looking for. During the planning stages, Shaun traveled to our home many times and was understanding of the many changes we made. Once the contract was signed, we were still taken care of. During construction he was eager to listen to our concerns and made changes quickly. We were not over charged for every minor detail or change either (I have heard horror stories). At the end of the project, they left our new home clean and well stocked with many needed items. Shaun also helped up figure out what items would add the most to our new home and what could be saved until later.
Description of Work: Shaun and his family were responsible for organizing the finding our house plans, the clearing of the land, grading of work, and the special on site projects of building the house. During the planning stages Shaun made multiple trips to our home to show us many samples and designs. He communicated via email and telephone promptly to make sure all of our needs were met.
