this company has changed , last year they did my fence and did a great job and was very responsive to correct a problem . this year very different customer service from Paul , I had them install a fence at my daughter and son in laws house . the fence was very uneven they did not even try to correct . my son in law and my self corrected all the defects Paul said was impossible . refused to come back out to fix and kept talking over me when i was trying to explain the problem. and no offer of compensation at all just excuses , very sad what happened to their customer service in a year

Very well from getting pricing and specs and through the entire process to the final product installed. I was very pleased of result.

Todd and his crew are prompt, polite and professional. Todd responds to texts in minutes, the crew shows up on time and their work is amazing. I'd never hire another contractor for a fence.

This company was fantastic to work with. Got a prompt estimate and quote from the owner. They showed up on the day they were scheduled and completed the work on time. Everyone was a delight to work with, very friendly and professional. The fence looks fantastic and we could not be more pleased.

Team arrived on time and got right to work. Fence installed very quickly for a fairly good sized back yard. 2 gates also installed. No issues.

Lowe's came in with a good bid for the job and offered great financing and a gift card so we ended up going with them before Todd could get out to us. Todd has excellent communication and was very professional! He was super responsive and if we have any further fencing needs we will be sure to contact him again!

We closed on a home in Albemarle and needed the yard fenced in before we could move in, due to our big dogs. Mr. Forrest came out before closing on the house, measured and tentatively scheduled us as soon after closing as possible. He met our target date, and installed beautiful six foot privacy fencing around the entire back yard. The material he used is very thick and sturdy, far better quality than what you see at the home improvement stores. A very nice and sturdy gate was also installed. And the best part, Mr. Forrest spent an entire afternoon digging around to find the survey pins in the back so we could avoid having to wait for a survey on the lot. He found all the pins, met our move in deadline and we could not be happier ! Compared to other quotes we received, the price was excellent. The service was fabulous. I highly recommend.

The project started and finished when promised. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We had a privacy fence installed to hide a vacant house adjacent to our property and they did an exceptional job clearing brush, vines and tree limbs. Nothing was prefabricated with the wood fencing and it follows the contours of the property beautifully with a custom fit and look. We also had black chain-link fencing installed in areas and we are very pleased with the result of the two types of fencing used together. Our escape-artist Minpin dog hasn't yet escaped.

After receiving several quotes from other companies. We decided to go with them based on previous reviews. The owner Mr.Todd is a very nice guy, always responded to my email and texts. His son installed our fence, he did it in few hours and we are very happy with the results.

We are very pleased with both the quality of the materials used and the workmanship exhibited. Todd and his sons did a great job! Despite terrible weather the last few weeks, when we finally got a few nice days, they were able to get the job completed in 1 1/2 days. Todd did a great job communicating through out the process. He explained all of our options during the bid process and was very responsive throughout the process. He and his sons are pleasant, personable, and professional. A great experience all around.

Forrest fence had the best price . We had a pool put in and needed the fence done ASAP . Todd came for the estimate ,he was honest and a nice guy. My husband was a contractor in ny and is very particular . Todd got the job done ASAP and did a great job!

They did a great job! They were done in close to three hours. The product is high quality and the installation was great. We are really pleased with the outcome.

Todd with Forrest Fence was really amazing, we would have loved to have used him if we had not gotten an unbeatable financing deal at a competitive retailer. Forrest came out on referral from Home Depot, and Lowes just gave us an offer we could not refuse.....BUT, I really must comment on Todd's amazing professionalism, great personality and overall thorough management of his business and what he does. He communicated several times via email and via phone and was a great help in many ways, I felt like I was betraying him to not give him the business as he totally deserved it! If I needed a quote ever again, or had to refer a fencing company, Todd & Forrest Fence would be at the top of the list! He also really educates a consumer on the fence products available, and why some cost more, how they fare over time, etc. Todd knows his business and is just one of those few with integrity, great attitude and follow-through to boot. When the owners son showed up, he walked our fence and told us that the whole thing needed to be replaced, we declined at that time and asked for the repairs to just be done. He and his team told us they were running to Home Depot and they never returned. They never called us or came back to fix the fence. When the owner finally returned my call he informed me that his sone told him that we had asked for additional work at no charge, this is untrue. The son became annoyed with us when we declined to let him do $3000 worth of work vs the $350 worth of work. The owner was unprofessional in dealing with us, he blamed us and at no point showed any remorse for the time that they were there or the behavior of his team.

Todd was awesome! from the estimate to the actual build. Crew was courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward.

Their quote was for $3000 and this is the company that we are actually going to go with because we like the person better. He was really good about answering all out questions. He came right out, and one of the areas that we had a problem with, and he did not complain is that it has to be cleared up a little bit for which he had no problem when the others grumbled about that. So this guy was really easy to work with. The guys who came are the same guys who are going to do the work. Actually there was another company that quoted us a couple of $100 less but their response and the way they handled it didn’t seem as professional and well done.

The job was done very well. The owner was a young man, who was just starting his business 5 years ago. He was very reasonable and did a very good job. The staff was very cooperative. I was really pleased with the pricing because there were others who would charge a lot more. They had more experience in their work, it was a fairly compensated plan that I had drawn up but one time they extended the fence; it was supposed to be 4 feet and they did a 6 feet fence, but overall the job did go well. I would recommend them to others. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.
