Justin and Vickie came out on Wed June 25, 2014 to give me an estimate on a new A/C heat pump system which would include putting in all new duct work as I don't have any duct work in my house. I was told they would have an estimate for me by Fri June 27. No estimate came and l called late Fri to ask about the estimate. I was told by Justin that he was running behind and was leaving for vacation and I would have the estimate on Mon or Tues after his vacation which would be July 7&8. Well July 7&8 came and went and still no estimate. I called again on Thurs July 10 and was again told I would have the estimate by the following Mon. July 14. Well, July 14 came and went and still no estimate. It is now Jul 21, almost 4 weeks since these people came out and I still have no estimate and no one has even called to update me. I did get a couple of other estimates and the other companies gave me an estimate within 3 days and all their estimates said it would take 5 days, not the 8 days that Webb had estimated. Also, while Justin and Vickie were here, I explained that I had several cats and would need them to work with me, so when they were cutting the holes for the duct work in one room, I could move all the cats out of their way into another room. I was told by Vickie, in no uncertain terms, that I would need to board by cats at a kennel for the 8 days it would take them to do the work, b/c they had to have access to all the rooms of the house at all times and they couldn't be bothered with waitng for me to move my cats around. By the way, cost of this would have been about $1K-(9 cats for 8) days. All the other companies that came to give me estimates said they would be happy to work with me about the cats. I just have to wonder what kind of response and service I would have gotten from this company if I had a problem with their system had I decided to use them.

I have been a customer of theirs for years, and they are pretty well known in the area. They are reliable. They showed up when they said they would, they gave me a range or prices, and they said they would try coming in lower which they did.

Webb provided excellent service from the initial consultation to the city inspection. Jeff Sessoms was my main contact. He provided me promply with a quote and was significantly lower than some of the other quotes I received. Jeff was professional and was able to schedule installation during times convenient for me. The installation team was professional and efficient. All the work was done as requested. The city inspector noted that Webb did a very good job with the installion. I highly recommend the Webb team if you are considering Heating and A/C service.

Highly professional team. Seriously, highly professional! Had issues with our mini-split and Webb made it right! They're definitely in for the long-term relationship.

I contacted Webb Heating and Air and the answering service was on. Within ten minutes or so, my call was returned even though I have never used their services before. The company man on call spent a good amount of time with me on the phone discussing the problem and answering my questions. He was responsive, communicated well, and was upfront about the price. He also educated me on how to care for the HVAC system since this is my first house. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it just as fast. He made sure the rest of system was within working order too. Clean and professional. I would recommend this company without reservation and I will be using the company in the future.

Select a different contractor to do the job due to cost. Job was completed in one day and inspected by the county the next with no problems.

They were nice professional gave me an honest quote. They did what they said they would do and came when they said they would come. Cleaned up and did not leave a mess. I had 2 other companies one with a quote of over 1,000 more the other tried to tell me I had to replace my AC and quoted me over 3,000 more All were quotes for the same size unit of similar quality. My mother is in a nursing home and this was at her house. I felt the other 2 companies were trying to take advantage of a single woman and her sick mother. I told Webb what the deal was that we would probably have to sale the house soon and we wanted just the new Heat unit, we wanted a good unit but did not want to buy anything extra. They were very honest and upfront and I highly recommend them.

Called Webb after reading other reviews, customer service was very friendly and set up a service call based on what would work for me. The service technician was on-time and introduced himself (George). He used shoe covers before entering my house, took time to listen to my problems before he started any work. During his work he took time to make sure any questions I had were answered and understood. This job took him inside and outside the house and he was sure to clean up before he would come back into the house. He replaced the filter as part of the service at no additional charge. He was polite, professional, and very competent with the service he performed. I was very impressed with his professionalism as he provided a level of customer service I have not seen in sometime. I would recommend this company and especially this technician.

We awoke in the middle of the night to an electrical burning smell. Afraid of fire, we turned off our heat pump and resorted ourselves to space heaters until we could call Webb the following morning. It wasn't so cold that we considered it an emergency. Our heat pump had gotten stuck in defrost mode, overheating the relay to the electric heat. The tech arrived when they said he would, was extremely friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. He changed out the fried relay and the part on the outside uint that had caused the problem, all in a timely fashion and exactly at the cost he'd quoted when he saw what the problem was. We have used them many times in the last few years and always will. We have experienced continued exceptional service.

This experience was great from start to finish. Their sales person, Justin, was wonderful to deal with. I got estimates from a few companies. Theirs was 2nd to lowest, so I told Justin what I could get elsewhere and he matched that. He returned phone calls quickly and sometimes in the evening hours. He never tried to pressure me into buying anything. The installers arrived on time when they told me they would. They installed the furnace quickly. They changed my air filter and installed 2 carbon monoxide detectors that I didn't even know they were going to install. The furnace has worked great and we have been very happy. I would highly recommend Webb Heating & Air to anyone....and actually already have!

There were no problems; the technician was friendly and courteous. There was nothing I did not like and they were prompt. Their pricing was fair; he did not do much and only charged me for the service call.

Webb Heating and Air went beyond what I had hoped for and I am grateful for the technician's honesty and efficient work ethic. It was possible for them to rearrange their morning schdule to meet mine. Arrived at the scheduled time. Technician was skilled, efficient and courteous. Explanation of repairs and full documentation recorded on statement with each individual repair on heat pumps included. Very pleased! Will use again.

My lower-zone heat pump compressor burned-out after 16 years. I decided to replace the entire system. I had never had dealings with Webb, but I wanted a second-opionion in addition to my usual A/C service firm. Webb's representative responded to my house in two hours of my call; even arrived a few minutes earlier than promised. Very courteous, professionally dressed, and patient. After listening to what the problem was, he looked around, examined the existing components, made some measurements, and then told me he would have a proposal to me the very next morning. Very pleasantly surprised when, the next day at noon--less than 24 hours--Webb's proposals (not one, but three!) were attached to my front door! All proposals wre precisely what I needed to make an informed decision. They were a variety of price, manufacturer, and efficiency ratings, based on whatever of the criteria were most important for me. Because my upper-zone system was 12 years-old, I left the rep a voicemail asking if he could give me a volume discount if I replaced both systems, instead of just the lower zone system. He resonded in only an hour or so (prompt, huh?) and gave me a discount. With the discount, I was able to select a proposal with a higher SEER rating and longer warranty on compressor and parts. I agreed and we coordinated for an installation date. Basically, the rep's very fast response to all of my communications, his cheerful , "go get 'em" attitude, his neat appearance, and his selection of very comprehensive and professional proposals got the $11,860 sale for Webb over the firm with which I had dealt for 10 years. I also purchased the Annual Preventive Maintenance Agreement. Webb's site surveyor was courteous, punctual, and took obvious care for ourfloors as she conducted her survey. The two installer/technicians arrived promptly on the originally agreed upon install date. They replaced the dead system the first day and the still-functioning (but old) second system the next day. Throiughout their work they were very courteous, and they were especially patient as I kept asking questions throughout the day. Too often, I've found that some contractors or repair people don't care for customers looking over their shoulders or asking questions--like I am pestering them. But these Webb people seemed prouid of their work and they also seemed to enjoy explaining what they were doing and how the systems operated. Understand that all of this was happening in very cold weather. All tasks outlined in the proposal were completed and to my satisfaction. A Webb rep came by to inspect the installation; there were no problems with the county code inspectors, and they commented on the quality of the installation. I've been very pleased so far with my Webb experience: Fast response, professional appearance, courtesy, and understanding the customer's needs and concerns.

We liked their price. That’s one of the reasons we chose them. They had the best price and they carried Trane which is a good name. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I have had them a long time. They do a great job and I have recommended them to other family and friends. I have used them for several years.
