Bonus: i just got a letter from his attorney. he wants me to sign my rights away on this job and the roof job he did to get the offered $400 refund or to allow him to fix his problem. My hands are tied and i cannot do either of those things. i decided that since he has an attorney handle refunds he must be the greatest gutter helmet guy in the country. and i am so glad i met him. please call this guy and have him do your helmets on gutters. you may get lucky and get a lawyer letter too! so i said no to accepting refund money with strings attached and no to him returning to my property for more adjusting. i just lose out and they can keep my money. i will pay someone else to straighten it out
Description of Work: I asked him if he would be interested in putting on some Costco wire gutter screens on my sound working gutters. I am disabled and can not clean out my gutters. He told me with all the leaves I had he had a better plan. He said water would run over the helmets into the gutters and the leaves would slide over the gutter tops and off the roof. He said he had no problem in 6 years with them. I said OK, he installed the Gutter Helmets.
