"After the installation, I was very distressed because the windows have features I was not made aware of and do not like them, and their only solution is that I install 3 (wont do just 2) additional windows at a cost of almost $5,000.00 which I cannot afford. They claim "they did their job" which I vehemently disagree with since I now have windows that aren't compatible with the existing windows on the front of my house making an unattractive facade on my house. I asked for contact phone/e-mail address for the supervisor in Greensboro,N.C. but was denied - they said they gave him my info. & that he would call but he has not. I have been reaching out to them since June 30,2023 to resolve this issue with little response, only promises that they would contact me after they issued a service ticket within 24 to 48 hours which they have not done. Champion has my money, and I am left with windows that are not satisfactory. This situation has caused me so much anxiety, sleepless nights and endless hours trying get someone to care and listen to me. I definitely would not recommend Champion Windows to anyone."

"Had bought a hot tub from a tent sale and the delivery was sooner than we expected, we needed a 8'x8' cement slab poured for the tub. no one would come out to give me an estimate or they were 7-8 weeks out, we looked at home advisor and found Bruce he called back the same day and came out the next for the estimate, he worked well within our time line and completed the project really fast. I would recommend him."
