Awesome great. He was able to come over the same day!  Sounded very well/professional on the phone.  He was referred by a friend, so I felt safe.  We worked together for about 2-3 hours.  I have 3 non functional and 3 functional computers.  We talked about whether it was cost effective to repair any of the older computers or not.  Learned alot, like if a computer is 3-5 years old, you might as well get a new one, cause the technology has progressed so much.   I asked a load of questions, which he answered well.  And he saved me a bunch of money telling me honestly not to bother fixing most of them due to their age and their problems (like broken internal stuff).  He said anytime I wanted the information still in these computers hard drive, just to call him and he could download it for me off the hard drive.
He usually goes to the people to pick up and deliver since he is on the road so much.  On time, Friendly, reasonable rates.  I thought he did not charge me enough for the time he spent, but he insisted he did not "do" anything.  Geez, I got a great education.  I gave him extra as a tip.  And, he taught me how to keep my dog from jumping on people with a simple easy technique.... a dog trainer too!
