Superior Tree

Upon the recommendation of landscaper Greatscapes Landscape, I called Superior Tree to get a quote on the removal of six trees from my property. I called 3 times in the last several months and never got a call back. I even told the owner of Greatscapes and he said to try again, which I did. Its unfortunate that this seems to be common place practice in this area. I moved from a big city to the smaller Pinehurst market and I am finding the the local businesses are not unprofessional and don't call back but are unskilled.

Jason provided excellent customer service. He took down 2 trees and grinded 2 stumps for only $400. When I came home after work it did not even look like trees were there they cleaned up so well. I will be calling them back to do more work.

The team did a superb job climbing the trees, carefully lowering all branches and logs, and hauling away all of the debris. They also did a terrific job prepping my house and cleaning up afterwards. I also received topsoil from their retail location. Great product. Customer service throughout was perfect. Price was lower than several competitors.

Their service was good. They did their work very quickly, and they cleaned up real nice. They did what they said they were going to do. The guy who took care of everything was very nice and friendly. He did forget to call back one time, but then, he called back and explained honestly that he was too busy that he forgot to call back. He explained to me that no matter what he quoted, he will stick with it.
