+ -1 moreThe work they performed on my backflow valve replacement was good. However, despite my numerous phone calls/requests to them (3 speaking with the secretary and 1 where "voicemail box was full"), they never returned my original valve which is valued at several hundred dollars. I paid for their service within 24hours. I am not sure if they threw it away or are keeping it to refurbish/sell and simply don't care about my request for return even though I own the part. If the former, that is understandable. However, if the later, that is fraud and I am considering filing a police report. I would take this into consideration if thinking about hiring this company

+ -1 moreThe first time we had work completed by Kevin and his team, they arrived on time. Kevin repaired and replaced our kitchen faucet. On their second visit, all three bathrooms were inspected and all necessary repairs were completed in a timely manner. When we remodel our bathrooms in the future, we will definitely use Kevin's Elite Plumbing. We highly recommend this company -- you will not be disappointed.
Description of Work: Kevin and his team provided excellent service while completing several plumbing projects in our house.
