Would have given zero stars if I could. This company has very rude and disrespectful customer service. Called 2 weeks ago to place an order and was given a certain date for delivery. Order was cancelled without notice. If paying for a service you won't receive with rude customer service is what you're looking for, this is your company. I challenge the integrity of this company which stated they left message or visited the property which they clearly didn't. When I voiced my concern the rep stated she just muted me out without resolution. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR PATIENCE. You have been warned. Still have not provided a service I paid for.

It went very well, actually. In fact, I've called Ferrell Gas twice to inquire about using their propane service, and had excellent service both times. I spoke with "Gina," who was friendly, courteous and professional. I'm going to use this company as my propane provider at my new house in Garner, NC!

We have been trying to get propane in the tank in this house (for the fireplace) since October since moving into the house in late July. The house was previously occupied by my mother-in-law who died here in late March. She had had oxygen since 2011 and could not use a fireplace but Ferrellgas would not stop the rental payments ($60 per year) when we asked. We had three visits of Ferrellgas personnel before today, and each of them accomplished nothing because they were not equipped to do the job. They collected an approx $80 fee to check out and refill the tank before they actually had someone inspect the tank to learn that it was probably unsafe. I demanded a refund a month ago and was told "one week." Two weeks later I asked about the as-yet-un-received refund and was told "three weeks". Today they finally came to remove the unsafe tank. The driver first claimed "Ferrellgas did not bury the tank" and was quite upset when we advised him otherwise. The tank was installed and buried by Ferrellgas in 1990 and it was obviously not rated for burial. The driver then *tried to sell me the rusted out tank* "for a real good deal" knowing all along that it was unsafe and had been red tagged. He did tell me that I would have to find another provider to fill it -- probably thinking that I was too stupid to know the tank was unsafe. Since Ferrellgas only sent one person (the driver) with a winch truck to pick up the 350 lb tank, the truck had to be driven over soft ground potentially breaking underground sprinkler lines. The proper way to do the job is to have a smaller cart and enough men to get the tank out of the ground into the cart and then rolled over to the truck. But Ferrellgas never once sent the right person together with the right equipment to get the job done. Since the city code had changed since 1990 prohibiting above ground tanks we would have to seek a "grandfather" waiver for a replacement buried tank. After pulling the tank, the Ferrellgas driver helpfully *called another local provider and told them he would "turn us in" for a fine* if we buried another tank. That provider has now cancelled the installation we had set up for the 19th. IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH FERRELLGAS, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED :-O DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FERRELLGAS.!! rusted but never checked safety. Refused to stop rental payments when the resident had to have oxygen in the room before she died. DO NOT do business with Ferrellgas!
