Description of Work: They installed a new roof for us in 2015. Had 3 leaks during Hurricaine Matthew. Called them about it and they said they were so busy after the storm, to have patience. But they never came. Our sun room leaks with every heavy rain. So I called again and they came out to check it. He went up on the roof and then left without saying anything. I called a day later and was told everything looked fine, " call us if it leaks again and we will check it".

+ -1 moreNot well at all! I'm still picking up the nails that were left everywhere on my property and had to have my tires fixed and replaced due to the nails left on my property. Customer service was awful and the only time I heard back from them was when it was time to pay and they requested payment before the final walk-through, which I had to request! Would never recommend them to anyone! My friends saw the work they did and the mess they left and chose to go with another company to have their roof done. Lucky them! I wish I had done the same. Paid $4,650.00 plus the price of tire repairs and replacement due to nails still left on my property to this day!

Description of Work: This company totally lacked any display of customer service. They did not clean up any of their mess and the overall experience was terrible. The only time I received any phone calls from this company was when they wanted to get paid. Previous to that whenever I tried to contact them, they did not respond in a timely manner.

Description of Work: The Elite Roofing team tore off the old roofing, metal drip-edge, flashing and skylight. They installed: | ice-dam prevention membrane (very important) on all "valleys", around the chimney,the exhaust fan and the skylight; | new flashing at the chimney and skylight; | new drip-edge around the entire roof-deck edge, | new ridge venting (our house is SO much cooler now), | roofers felt (tar-paper), and | new architectural, thick-dimension, shingles. | |The crew was exceptionally professional. They were on time, completed the project in one day and thoroughly cleaned up our property. They were very careful to protect everything from damage. The work was completed for the quoted price. | |We highly recommend this firm. Their pricing is competitive and they do the work the way it should be done. |

Description of Work: Replaced rotten plywood and all shingles, installed drip edge. The process was so easy. Within 48 hours of my first phone call, they came out to the house and had an estimate ready for me. Tony walked me through the entire estimate. They asked for no money up front--100% due at completion! The install took place about a month or so after signing the contract. A small army arrived at 7:15 a.m., and 5 hours later I had a completely new roof and the yard was left spotless. The final bill exceeded the estimate because of a surprising amount of damaged plywood, but having been at home on the day they performed the work and seen the wood for myself, they were in no way ripping me off. Very pleased with the people and the work, overall.

Description of Work: They put two different color shingles up on my roof to make sure I had the right color for my home. They came when they said they would, and had it all done in one day. They had a crew of twenty six men. Great Job!! The only way I could tell they had been to my home at the end of the day was I had a new roof. I would highly recommend Elite Roofers.

This was the only company that sent a rep out who sat down and explained the services, the benefits, had literature and answered any and all questions. Most come out, go up on the roof, measure and leave their card and and an estimate...not these guys! FULL SERVICE. Day of job, 24 men showed up and roof was done on smaller home (1,700 sq.feet) in three hours. Not only that but after the job was done (messy job)l their cleanup process (which went on during the job itself) was AMAZING! Price was fair. After job was done the supervisor came back to our home to see if we were satisfied with the work. I can't say enough about this company!!!

Description of Work: My rating would have been an A for overalll experience and punctuality, but the company took longer than anticipated to inspect roof and provide a quote. In all fairness this was due to the large work load on the vendor and the 'not an emergency' status that I had communicated about the job. Job consisted of maintenance on existing roof. Replaced rotted flashing, pulled and sealed two obsolete pipes, reset various nails and reapplied sealent to loose double layer shingles.Elite was prompt in scheduling the job once the estimate was delivered. They also followed up with a couple of phone calls to accomodate a change in scheduling and job satisfaction. I would recommend them and plan on using them for any future roofing needs,

Both gentlemen who came to the house to evaluate the situation were very knowledgeable and courteous. Pricing for the service call/ repair was very fair. I highly recommend Elite Roofing...I will be using them again to do maintenace on my roof as well putting on a new roof when the time comes..
