The order for the blinds was placed on July 29. It is now Oct. 9 and I still don't have the blinds. First I was told the fabric was on back order. I patiently waited 3 more weeks, then was told the fabric was no longer available. (Why did I have to wait 3 weeks to learn it was discontinued?) I picked out new fabric and was told the order would be expedited, and that it would be no longer than 2 weeks. I called after 2 weeks and Rodney (the only person I dealt with) didn't know when they would be ready. I told him if they weren't installed within 5 days to cancel the order. I haven't heard a word, so no blinds. I was extremely patient with all the delays. However, I had to call and follow up every step of the way. Rodney was not proactive, did not manage expectations, and then just failed to show. I've lost over 2 months and have no blinds.
Description of Work: I ordered custom blinds for one picture window.
