+ -1 moreLee's and his team were excellent. They arrived early and proceeded to remove the old roof and haul it off within hours and setup the roof so they can work on it (steep angle roof). The next they applied the underlayment, drip strips, installed the ridge vent and applied the ice and water shield. The next day they started to apply the shingles. The last couple days was a step and repeat of the process for the garage and the porch roof. Lee and his team are professionals. They worked efficiently and effective with a plan for each day. There was an acute awareness of safety at all times (not while just on the roof). And there was a clear respect for the property they were working on (no assumptions were made) and consideration for my neighbors. I would rehire Lee and his team in a heartbeat.
Description of Work: I hired Lee Young @ Presitge Roofing to replace the old roof on my house and also the roof on a detached garage. This included tear off, removal, and proper disposal of the old roof, applying ice and water shiled with underlayment, adding a ridge vent, and applying new PABCO 30 year shingles.

+ -1 moreIt went very well and very quickly. Entire process took approximately 3 weeks. Our roof was very small, actual roofing process only took 3 days from removal to finish.
Description of Work: Old roofing was removed and disposed of (tin and old shingles.) New roofing per local code was applied; plywood, barrier layers, shingles and fascia.
