 + -1 moreThey extensively cut corners. In particular they built a 1300sq' deck on my home. They used materials that were not of very high quality. I am currently having a new deck being built. The current contractor is pointing out all of the corners that they cut. At the end of the relationship with Greg Roberts, the owner, I asked if he would show my home to any potential customers of his that were thinking about using him. His answer was a firm no. I am now out about $20,000. They used three-penny nails when they attached the deck, instead of the lag-screws. This could have caused extensive damage to my property, as well as injury could have resulted. I chose them up front because they were known as a high end builder.
