Description of Work: We hired Artisan Construction to make an addition to our home in Columbia Falls, MT. Tom Nixon, the owner of Artisan, did an exceptional job of coordinating and managing our project. The subs and employees of Artisan did high quality work and were successful in making exact matches to our existing home. I would highly recommend Tom Nixon and his Artisan Construction to anyone in the Northwest Montana area.

Description of Work: Full home reno: to studs and new floor, new bathrooms, kitchen, electrical and plumping. | |Very good, some costs escalated due to third parties. Direct Labour was in budget. Quality was good. Tom was easy to work with.

 + 0 moreGreat, on the whole. There were two subcontractors that were difficult. Tom brought one to the table and I brought in the other. Mine was the bigger headache. In the future I would let the GC put the team together...
Description of Work: Tom Nixon and Artisan Construction provided general contracting services for the construction of my new home. Tom is rare, he is both a talented builder and a solid business man. He provided his own digital drawings via Sketch Up when the designers drawings were insufficient in order to accurately define problems and develop the most cost effective solution. I've already recommended Tom to a number of friends, and would not hesitate to do so in the future.
