 + -1 moreEach of the three projects were handled in the most professional manner with excellent workmanship. The complete remodel of the old farmhouse involved duplication of existing architectural details as well as an extension of the house including both a kitchen and bathroom replacement. The barn to residence conversion involved adding structural elements, new floors, kitchen, and two bathrooms while retaining the character of the old barn. On the exterior the siding, trim, and roof were replaced. A covered patio was also added. The project was done on time and on budget. Steve and his crew were completely flexible to my schedule and easy to work with. Steve was always there with his crew, both working and supervising. Nothing was left to chance. I recommend him without hesitation.
Description of Work: Updated a 70-year old farmhouse in 2010. Previously a complete interior remodel and expansion of another 70-year old farmhouse and previous to that a fabulous remodel of an equally old dairy barn into our residence.
