He arrived a couple hours after I called. He replaced the items and has worked great ever since. I would definitely hire him again.

On a late Friday afternoon we suddenly discovered that we were out of water! My worry was that would be the case until the following Monday. My fears were alleviated when I called Brad at Eagle Pump Service and he came out immediately that very afternoon. After checking out our water system, he determined we needed a new pump. Early Saturday morning he made a trip to Missoula for a new pump and installed it that afternoon. Within 24 hours of when Brad first arrived on the scene, we were up and running - yes, with running water! When it comes to wells and pumps, one could not get better service anywhere. We would not hesitate to recommend Eagle Pump Service.

Job went smooth, Brad did a great job making sure everything was installed properly, and functioning as it should. Cleaned up, and left everything as it was before he showed up.

I came home that evening to no water. I called Brad about 8:00pm to ask about the issue. He walked me through the process of troubleshooting the problem. Come to find out it was the well pump. I expected to be put on the schedule, and anticipated not having water for a day or two. Instead Brad said he was on his way to replace the pump, I was surprised to say the least. He showed up half hour later or so, and went right to work. My well is 200' deep and he did the change out with the utmost professionalism, answering all questions I had in the process. Before I knew the pump was in and Brad went through the inside to make sure everything was working properly. I was able to take a shower that night after a long, hard day at work. THANKS Brad !

It was a good experience over all. I know well pump services are expensive- I paid 85.00 for a 15 minute job!

Brad came immediately when we called and told him we were having a problem with our water. He figured out it was the filtration system. Didn't charge us because he said,"I only get paid when I work." He installed our pump a few years ago and we think he is the best well and pump guy in Montana. Not to mention he is honest and gets in touch right away. We highly recommend him!
