+ -1 moreBrian Roat arrived, assessed the problems with the freezer. He went through an efficient diagnostic and reported his findings. He gave us two options, one of which we thought best and gave him the go ahead to order parts and fix the two issues the freezer had. More importantly, I had had a problem with a hot water heater for more than a year. A local plumber, who will remain nameless, visited 3 times and could never fix the problem. The encounters with the plumber are a whole story in itself. Anyway, I mentioned the problem to Brian and he offered to take a look. After reviewing the service manual, and inspecting the unit, running some diagnostics, he fixed the problem. He didn't even charge me for his time and effort. We had that water heater unplugged for more than an year and he fixed in in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend Brian Roat.
Description of Work: Brian replaced our ice maker and fixed a broken part in our freezer, and a water heater repair.
