Pink Ladies Cleaning Service

I scheduled a walk through to have routine cleaning done in my home. They didn't arrive at the specified time and I called a half hour after to get voicemail. I left a message and haven't heard back. It's sad that you are throwing money at people and they won't even take it. They wouldn't provide references either; claiming it was a privacy policy issue. I know several business owners (myself included) that would be more than happy to have several customers say they are doing a great job, if in fact they were. Communication was done through text messaging, not phone calls- I didn't appreciate that either. Not a good experience. I will be looking elsewhere.
