The company did a roofing job on a rental property of mine. They were relativlely responsive while the job was going on. However, after ther job was done I tried contacting the company a few months later and was unable to. I finally discovered that they are no longer in business and some of the information I need on the roof is just gone. I had left a phone message shortly after the job was done, but got no reply. They could have at least responded to my message and let me know they were going out of business.

They were very satisfactory and I was pleased and happy with their work. I bought a house and because they had a terrible hale storm the previous year the roof was damaged. As a contingency to the sales contract the previous owner had to replace the roof. I didn’t pay for the work, the insurance from the previous owner paid them. They did the work and I was satisfied with the work. I would recommend them to other people needing their roofs repaired. The workers were fine, friendly and courteous to the people living in the house. I really didn’t do comparative shopping in terms of the price. I thought their quality was excellent.

Rose Construction replaced all the gutters and fascia on our house after the hailstorm of 2008. Originally, a different company had committed to doing it, but the other company dropped the ball. Rosey and his team stepped in and got the job done promptly and correctly in less than ideal weather conditions. Due to weather conditions, we had a couple minor issues where the sealant within the gutter did not stick correctly, but as soon as it warmed up Rosey's team came back and fixed it. If we have our gutters replaced after this year's hail storm, we will definitely use Rose Construction again.
