Irrigation Parts House

Description of Work: Vendor is one of the worst contractors i have ever hired, see the following reasons: 1. one week job took 5 weeks, claimed that the rain was a problem, but it only rained one day. Never seen him on the job and his workers only worked 1 to 3 hours a day. Said he farmers irrigation was more important but was willing to take my money and job. 2. When job was complete i found at that he gave my neighbor the same package but $900.00 less, when confronted he said that is the way it is and was not going to refund any of my money. 3. Said that he broke his equipment twice and that i had to pay for that because of my yard, yet when asked to do the work he said that he knew about the soil in my neighborhood and that it was not a problem. Also, said he had did several yards in the subdivision. Found out from other neighbor that he broke the machine twice in his yard but did not charge him. 4. Had to call him to come back and finish the final test on the last loop. 5. Did not remove rocks that came up during the tubing installation nor did he fill in the divets left behind from some of the rocks i removed. 6. Did not provide itemized bill as requested, just said he would but never did. 7. I would never recommend him to anyone due to his unsavory business practice and poor quality of work and professionalism.
