Description of Work: Purchased a Rinnai tankless water heater system and installation. Tom, the owner/ operator, was professional, came by within 7 days of scheduling quote, provided quote within 14 days as promised, and gave multiple options, once we decided on the water heater system we wanted, he had it installed within 7 days. they were professional during installation, no wierd social interactions, no missing personal belongings after they left. They were quick, professional, explained what they were doing in detail, did not add on additional fees, when the water heater needed tweaking after install, he came and adjusted it the day I called!!! after 5 pm! Amazing! Will absolutely use them again when we do our remodel. Purchased a Rinnai tankless water heater. Love it!! Great company, feels so good to have a trustworthy, competent, and reliable company to use!
