 + -1 moreThis went very well. I received the company name from our realtor. They called back the same day, within hours. We were set up for the following week as they were booked til then. He showed up 3 minutes late....but that is nothing. He got started immediately. I had to leave before he was done because I had no idea he would take as long as he did...but I'm so thankful he did as the house was built in 1937 and you never know what you may find.
Description of Work: The inspector spent no less than 5 hours doing a home inspection on a home we are purchasing. He was incredibly thorough, noting everything that is of concern and taking multiple pictures. He went room by room, went out to the garage, and inspected the exterior thoroughly. He used tools to verify everything. I received a 17 page detailed report by 10pm that same night. I wish I had this thorough of an inspector in past house purchases...it would've saved us a lot of headache. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
