"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"I recently had a fridge/freezer issue with my <1 yr old Kitchenaid. I went through the Kitchenaid warranty process. The issue was temperature related, where temps in fridge and freezer would no longer keep food fresh and frozen. Over the course of 2 months and four separate visits the problem was fixed. Jeff is a master appliance repair tech and thoroughly troubleshot the problem, working with the Kitchenaid tech support. He his patient and persistent, and very busy. Fitting me in when he could to get by appliance back in service. I highly recommend him for any appliance repairs. Beware these are different times we live in. Parts are not available and EXPENSIVE! No matter the fix action, you're gonna wait! Be patient...Jeff is a good, honest man, with an incredible work ethic."
