T&B Painting

Painted all the windows shut. Did no scraping or prep work. Painted one double hung window in garage with window half way open so only half of it got painted. He did go back and shut the window and paint the other half of it.  Refused to fix  the painted shut windows and claims the windows were alread painted shut. (crank out windows which he never came in the house and tryed to open so they could be painted properly)  Was supposed to be paid by me and when I wanted the painted shut windows fixed before I would pay him he went to to my Mother who was 89 years old and who has demetia  and needs a walker to get around and had her sign a check for him.(it was her house he was painting the trim on) With in one year the paint was peeling. My Mother could not see the painting he did and with her dementia did not remember what I had told her of  the paint job. The windows that were painted shut were never fixed by him. I call this elder abuse as he ripped off an elderly woman with dementia.
