The provider is a husband and wife team each very knowledgeable in their own field. One knowledgeable of bugs and the other knowledgeable of weeds and both being knowledgeable of each others field, if that makes sense. I called them because I found an ant in my house. I know this sounds silly but we have lived here 10 years and never once had an ant. Where there is one there is more. I had used them before and knew I could count on them. I called them and they were out to my home within, I believe three days. They sprayed all around the outside of my house, garage, deck, pump house, shed including inside the doors, flower beds, decorator rock, field and driveway. There were wasps nesting just inside my shed doors. Fortunately, Tom looked on the inside of the front doors up on the back side of the wall. There was a nest there that could have caused me some real problems as I would never have thought to look there for them. He sprayed and nocked the next down. He also found them nesting way up high in an opening to the garage. Along the front side of my garage Tom found four or five Hobo Spiders. For those who don't know what kind of spider this is, when it bits you on the skin, it makes a horrible large score that looks like your skin is eaten away. That really bothered me as I had never seen one any where around our place. Thank the Lord I use to sets of gloves when I work outside. Anyway, his wife Launa showed me a couple of webs out in my decorator rock and told me they were Hobo Spider webs and explained that their webs were large with a big hole in the center. I had noticed a couple of those webs out in the rock for the first time ever, this year but did not know what kind of a spider made them. I asked Tom if I paid him more would he please spray in my garage. He told me to open the door and he sprayed all around the entrance. He showed me a large Hobo Spider inside in the corner. He did not charge me any extra. I was telling a friend about the spiders and said, questioning, "What if they had climbed into my car, just to find out they don't climb. Boy was I relieved to hear that.
