Denine Hritz

Denine served as a buyers agent in a real estate deal for me. She knows real estate law and ethics by heart and had to quote it to the sellers agents several times. She is smart and knows the market better than any other agent I have met. The deal she was helping on involved the sellers being incarcerated after listing their property for sale. The deal would not have happened had Denine not been involved. The sellers agents were extremely unethical and do not know real estate law even though they are licensed. Denine had to actually do some of the work normally done by the sellers agents. She would hold the agents to their responsibilities so the deal could be closed in a timely manner. She even filed a complaint with the Montana State Real Estate Board against one of the sellers agents as they used our offer to shop other potential buyers. She made sure additional language was added to the contract to provide me with protection for any losses the sellers suffered from their property being broken into while they were incarcerated. She helped the sellers agents in finding someone to remove their personal property, which was extensive and included farm machinery. I can not say enough good about Denine! She is just wonderful and anyone who is looking for a real estate agent in the Carbon or Yellowstone county area of Montana should contact her for their real estate needs as either a buyer or seller!!!!
