 + -1 moreA friend who had used this service provider a few years ago said he was honest and did excellent work at a fair price. I took my friends advice and was very happy I did. It went very well. He was punctual, clean, concerned about our home and very professional in every manner. We talked about our options for what I wanted done -which included some work we were anticipating for being done in early 2014. He gave me options for what needed doing now and what could wait and even came up with a plan for how it could be matched with another piece of work we wanted done later. The work itself was done very well and the problems have been eliminated. I will highly recommend this service provider

 + -1 moreThey got here on time and it took about 45 mins to suction out the calcium at the bottom (what was causing the blow-outs) and put new (better - heavy duty) elements in. I'm guessing it is going to run me a little over $100 but I'm not sure yet since they will be billing me. They were quick, efficient, and didn't try and rack me for a new HWH so I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Plumber Tom's came highly recommended by several neighbors here in Polson. It took several days for them to call me back (Tom was having surgery though apparently). But, today one of his guys called me and said they could be here in 15 mins. I had a hot water heater that was blowing the bottom element.
