It went very well. They were very good. They showed up when they were supposed to, they did a very good job, and the cost was just what they have given me. They were friendly, they were willing to make changes if necessary, and really personable.

They were the last to deliver a bid and quoted me a mis-measured roof price compared to the other bids. They were off by 800 sq. ft. which is 25% more than was actually there, but their price was more than double what I paid to the contractor I did work with. They delivered their bid by e-mail several days after I sent them an e-mail telling them I had awarded the job to someone else. They just seem to be and quot;winging it.and quot; They only reason I invited them to bid was the good reviews here on Angie's list. Maybe my case was just a series of mistakes, but that's what happened to me. Someone else got my work.

Never got off the ground

After a slow start, and then some delays with rain, the job was done with no problems. I had several negative drainage issues, and Bob was helpful in explaining and then correcting them. I decided to have him do a little more work, adding the patio to fix a problem I wouldn't have known about if he hadn't told me. I was most impressed that he stayed true to his estimate, since I have had bad experiences in the past with the cost always going over when dealing with other people. I liked his "pay as we go," idea, where I paid him for each individual portion of the job, as it was done. He was very professional and courteous and I would definitely use him again, and highly recommend him for any concrete work.

Will never ever recommend this company

The company was in the neighborhood already repairing another roof. So I went over there and asked them when they had a moment could the come over and give my roof a look over. Not more then a few min. later one of them had shown up to measure my roof. He explained to me what was wrong with the existing roof and how he would fix it. He even worked with my insurance company to help get me the roof i wanted. It didnt take long for them to get to work. And boy were they fast. They had my 43 sq roof done in 2 1/2 days. And when they where Finished they made sure that the ground and gutters were clear off nails and other garbage.
