About us

Will sub-contract to other contractors, will also use sub-contractors as needed. Two employees at this time. Billing is by invoice and terms vary with size of job, generally from pay upon receipt to 30days, progress payments accepted for larger jobs. Larger contract jobs will require at least 30% down. Credit cards are not accepted at this time but will be in the future. Estimates are free, any design work or drawings will be charged accordingly. Service work will be typically charged as time and material unless job is larger or allows the time for an estimate.
