+ -1 morePat was punctual with his estimate and followed up with me to review the estimate. His contract was thorough, included documentation of work to be done and the expectations of both T. S. Phoenix and myself. He was punctual when starting the job and completed it on schedule. During the job, he explained what he was doing and why, what materials he was using and why, and told me what to expect going forward. Good communication both before and during the job. Professional in all ways.
Description of Work: Pat repaired cracks in my foundation and replaced a portion of my sidewalk.
