 + -1 moreThe lady on the phone asked if she wanted the store to quote wedding flowers, we said no, we need prices on some of these flowers first. The lady said if it was wedding stuff, it was a $20 an hour charge for talking to us about the order. We asked a couple of other questions, and then asked just to clarify, "so, its $20 an hour to talk to you about it" more for planning purposes to make sure we heard them right. The lady on the phone started yelling "you just need to go someplace else for your flowers. This takes time and you are a pain in my butt. I don't need this" and she hung up on us. What a psyco. I wouldn't call them back again if they were the last place to buy flowers. Not a good company at dealing with the public. We didn't have a problem with the charge, and they said they would take it off of what we bought, so it didn't matter any way. I can't believe they would blow up at someone like that. Beware!
Description of Work: My fiance called them for a quote on the wedding flowers. We needed some that we would put into assortments and some that they would do for the bride, groom and wedding party.
