First, the gentleman's spouse is his partner in the business and does an excellent job of listening and helping interpret the problem/concern. Then she schedules the call as well as does follow up confirmation and updates if any changes come up. Then Ray comes and is both friendly, professional and timely. He assessed the leak, provided options and proceeded to take care of the issue all in less than an hour! He also assessed other plumbing at my request and documented everything on his bill, which was absolutely reasonable. There wasn't any ominous inference as I received from the and quot;biggerand quot; outfits in town that whatever I was describing was likely to cost quite a bit. I felt comfortable and confident before Ray even stepped inside the door that I had made the right choice going with his service. I would absolutely recommend R and S without reservation. It almost makes me wish I had more plumbing for them do! Likely someday I will.

They were very nice and very professional, they did clean the drain of some tree roots but said the drains probably needed a camera sent down because there was more blockage they could not remove. Will have to have that done soon, and they did give us a discount for the camera service.

This is the third or fourth time we have called Ray. He is always punctual, friendly, and gets the job done. Once it was a minor problem and he fixed it and didn't charge us. He is the best plumber in town!

Ray was very professional, respectful of my home, clean, did a great job and is a nice guy.

The filter leaked after it was put in and he looked for the part for a long time, but didn't charge me. He found that there was a problem with the filter that came from Ace Hardware. He came back the very next day to fix something else that he thought of overnight, and didn't even charge me. He was very nice. I cannot really judge his work myself, but he was just an incredibly nice man and helped me.

As new homeowners we had NO idea how hard it was to fix leaks. After a few days of futzing with a leaky hot water tap in the bathtub we finally called this plumber. They came out the next day!! Ray took a look at it, found out it was a worn seal (I believe) and replaced it. He then recommended we replace the valves on both taps since this would prevent the seal from going out again so quickly and the taps were original to the house (built in 1964). We agreed, and he came back out and replaced them later in the week. A few days after that the hot water faucet started to make a screechy noise, and Ray came out the same day I called to tighten up a washer that had worked loose at no charge. He was a very professional but friendly guy and we are glad we found this plumbing service!
