Crew showed up when they said they would. Quickly did the work and cleaned up nicely.

They were punctual in terms of coming out and bidding the job and doing the work, but they didn't finish the job and had to come back. They didn't realize they hadn't finished.

The new rain gutters look good and work as expected. The provider also installed the gutter along a part of the roof that a previous installer had left out due to the challenge of working around phone and cable wires. I didn't use the rain barrel in the recommended location because it was too late to move the irises. The temporary location collected rain water from a much smaller roof and still filled up more often than expected. A second and third rain barrel would actually have worked out quite well. The only complaint is with the design of the rainbarrel. The spigot is near the middle of the barrel which is good for filling a bucket but the barrel never drains entirely unless you tip it. Half a barrel of water is very heavy and that's a lot of water to go out of an ordinary spigot. Leaving the barrel half-full all summer makes for a mildly stinky barrel of water. There are barrels on the market with spigots much closer to the bottom making drainage easier. They have a drawback to though. You would have to build a small scaffold so the barrel would be a couple feet off the ground. Otherwise, you can't get a bucket under the spigot. Both kinds of barrels have threaded spigots so you can hook up a hose and run it out to a tree or bush. I preferred to keep the old gutters but hauling them away along with any other cleanup comes with the price. I figured I got a good deal and would purchase from Quality Seamless Gutters again.

The reinstallation of the back gutter went well - better than expected. The directional change of a side gutter was a mistake that in hindsight, seemed obvious as the water really had no where to go after it filled a rain barrel and began to flood the foundation around the house. I determined we had to rehang the gutter draining to the back of the property and design a custom connection to the back drains. This decided, I've been unable to speak with their foreman. The office promises a visit, but it doesn't occur. They were paid for the initial job, but were apparently uninterested in finishing it properly. I'm searching for another company to finish the work.

Initially getting the estimator to show up was an issue. The estimator came and bid the job on 3 Oct and I decided to go forward with the job and paid the deposit. The install crew was supposed to install on the 15th of Oct and they did not show up or call on that date. Someone called a couple of days later and apologized and the gutters were finally installed on 1 Nov.

I received an estimate from the company that was less than the others I had received. The work was performed in one morning. They cleaned up so well, I would never have known they were there. Stellar service, excellent quality and very professional. I would most certainly recommend them to anyone.
