 + -1 moreTheir prices are pretty reasonable. I've used them on and off for 3 years. They have friendly and good technicians. They have gone above and beyond the call. I told him I wanted to stack my washer and dryer and he did it without me even asking him for it.
Description of Work: I used Palmer Electric Technology Energy Service to replace a plug for my dryer.

 + -1 moreWas cleaning up my kitchen, painting and changing plugs and switches, and once completed I had one plug that I just could not get active. I know enough about electrical that I do everything my house and have never run into an issue I could not solve...eventually. Well this one annoyed and stumped me to no end. I troubleshot it for a here and there for a week and could not get anything out of it. My simple plug in tester said it was live, but nothing would work on the plug. Pride swallowed, I call Palmer Electric and they had a tech out quick. He was very nice and had a good idea of what was going on just from what I had told him, but he grabbed his tester and it showed that the common was not connected. I had not considered that and since my tester only looked for hot it didn't show the fault. I had just done the work so I knew where it tied in, so we pulled it out and sure enough it had come out of the nut. I had taken off the plate, but never pulled it out to check. The tech was great about it and we had a good laugh. I then went and purchased a better tester.Palmer Electrical was prompt, professional, and reasonable. Thank you very much.
