The provided an estimate after looking at the job, then were eager enough to want to do the job the next day. After getting other estimates, I called them back and arranged day and time for work. They arrived promptly, did the work professionally and were very personable. I had absolutely no clean up or problems after they left the house.

Mark was great - responsive, educated, honest. He did great work, and we love our tankless water heater. He had a helper at one point come in and do some work - he seemed a little clueless (he installed a sink at about knee height because there were problems with the way the piping was. Mark later explained that the wall had to be opened up and the piping raised. Which we had him do. It was just a bit odd that the helper didn't think 'hmmm, clearly this is not what anyone would want'. We were not charged for his time, however). Mark is great and very knowledgeable about and quot;greenand quot; options like tankless heaters and low gpm toilets (we had a double flush installed).
