Description of Work: Cleaned house for me. I was in hospital almost 2 months. I did not want to come home to dirty house. All was arranged over phone, house was cleaned day before she let herself in and left addressed envelope for me to sent check to her. I thank her very much.

Description of Work: This was a frustrating experience from the beginning. They were hesitant to come to my house as it is 15 miles outside of their "normal area" and setting a date was challenging. When they arrived their professionalism was lacking with a distinct feeling that they were less than enthused to give me an estimate. They looked at the job and took hours to get back to me. This was too long in my opinion for a simple service like housecleaning. Their price was also high, not excessively so but for what I estimated to be a normal cleaning. Questions they asked, such as ,"Do you want us to move things when we dust or just go around them?" led me to believe that I would be wasting my money. First impression was very poor.

+ -1 moreI thought Maid in Montana did a great job. The price quoted to me was steady with the final bill, however it was a little more expensive than what I wanted to pay for a house our size (2br,1.5 bath). It was for the week of my wedding though, and being extremely busy and not familiar with a cleaning company, it was the only contact that returned my phone call/inquiry in a timely manner and was available when I needed. Other than the price being a little too high for continual/monthly use (for me), I would use them again for future special events, as the house looked great and they were professional and nice to work with.
Description of Work: Maid in Montana cleaned our split-level, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath house. I had a special request to vacuum the ceilings as we have 'popcorn' ceilings that get a lot of dust/cobwebs, but otherwise was a typical housecleaning job (vacuum carpet, clean bathrooms, make beds, etc).
