+ -1 moreBe aware of the contract he has you sign. It protects him but not you, the owner. Work was substandard, we got charged for 2-3 foreman on the same job at the same time, materials were charged but not used, what he said did not match what he said he would do. Built 4 houses, the worst contractor I have ever worked for. He has a great lawyer that protects him and has the contract iron-clad so he cannot be sued for breach of contract because you give all those rights away in the contract. DO NOT SIGN THE CONTRACT WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY OR CONTACTING ME TO LET YOU KNOW WHERE THE LOOP HOLES ARE.
