Hans is timely, speedy, thoughtful and treats your home like a caring, fellow homeowner. Plus, he lives in our Lincolnwood community too. And, he helps out with handyman services too! Heâ s going to be my handyman/yard person for as long as I own my home.

Hans helped find a solution to a bathroom exhaust fan that didnâ t seem to be pulling the moisture adequately from the bathroom. He was able to crawl in the attic and repair a bent hose rather than replacing the unit, saving us $ and solving the problem with minimal interruption. Would call him again.
