We just bought a late 70's house that has been vacant for a few months and was a foreclosure, we had no history on the house. We noticed extremely low hot water pressure in the upstairs shower and some leaking under the upstairs bathroom sink. I called another top-rated plumber and then Anatoly to compare rates and availability. The first company charges $88 per hour and Anatoly charges $75 per hour. The other company said they would only come to the house if they were going to do the work when they got there and they were 7 days out on availability. Anatoly said he could stop by my house the next morning on his way to another job to take a look and let me know what he thought we were dealing with. He said it would be the following week if repairs needed to be done, but at least we'd know what we were looking at. He showed up a few minutes before the scheduled appointment (very rare here!!) and was very professional. He took a look at everything, pulled off a couple of the faucet screens and explained what the build-up was we were seeing. He evaluated the hot water heater and found it to be in good condition. He took a look at the leak under the bathroom sink and said a nut just needed to be tightened (which he did). When we showed him the problem with the hot water pressure in the shower, he immediately knew what the problem was - the fixture that turns the water on and to hot/cold needed to be replaced. He explained in detail the necessary steps to do that (turn off the main water to the house) and recommened which brand to use. He said he would be happy to do the work and gave us a quote, but he thought we would probably be able to fix it ourselves if we wanted to.

We used Levchenco Plumbing as part of a remodel project we did in our basement. Anitolie and his crew did an excellent job for us. They were always on the job when they said they would be. They did excellent work and stuck to their estimate. They use only quality plumbing products and do not take short cuts. I was there when the inspector arrived to inspect the job. She commented on the quality of the job and that everything either met or exceeded code. The inspector told me on the side that when she arrives on the job site where Levchenco Plumbing is doing the plumbing she can always expect a quality job that meets code. Levchenco will always be my first choice when choosing a plumber.

We recommend Anatoly without reservation, as he was thoroughly professional, arrived precisely on time, used all his time on the job while in our home, recommended some money-saving modifications, immediately provided us with a detailed bill, and overall did a great job. We will use him again.
