When I contacted him about the offer, he said he was too busy to honor it. He said he had called me, but he never did. I went to call him back and his phone was disconnected. I had no way of getting ahold of him.
Description of Work: He offered $1000 hours of labor for $325 for the annual Christmas for Kids festival. He was going to help us repair a deck at the lake.
